Nestor Herrera
Born and raised in Orange County, Nestor’s passion for creating a strong community in Irvine is obvious. His contractual expertise allows him to prevent problems before they occur, creating a sense of ease among his clients. With over 20 years of experience, including over 5 years on the Board of Realtors grievance and anonymous complaints committee, Nestor understands the intricacies of each contract and ensures that everything is completed ethically. As an Ironman Triathlon finisher and continued marathon runner, Nestor understands hard work and perseverance and he applies his strong work ethic to everything he does. His involvement in Team Kids, a local organization whose mission is “to empower our children to change the world,” shows just how important social responsibility is to him. Besides financially supporting Team Kids, Nestor never fails to remind the kids that they can do whatever they want if they are willing to work hard for it. His positivity and ability to visualize success make him an excellent asset to the team he shares with Michelle in both work and life. Nestor’s dedication to the people around him is apparent in everything he does, so making Woodbridge a great community comes naturally.  

Michelle Phillips
Michelle grew up in Pasadena and is a happy Irvine transplant, where she shares Nestor’s passion for creating great communities. In her more than 15 years of real estate experience in Orange County, Michelle has formed honest relationships with her clients, ensuring everyone has the facts needed to make the best decisions. Her organizational skills, attention to detail and calm demeanor allow her to keep all parties on track and up to date. She enjoys using her creativity to stage homes, marketing and showcase the homes best features to potential buyers. Her devotion to the community as well as to the family she and Nestor share is apparent through her service as an active supporter of the neighborhood schools, PTA’s, athletic and music programs. She is also involved with CHOC hospital, IPSF, and shares Nestor’s passion for Team Kids. One of her favorite things about living in Irvine is having access to the various trails and parks that the city has to offer. She works hard to bring her love of Irvine to other people looking for homes. Michelle and Nestor agree that real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes, it is about building community.  

Since their career with RE/MAX Premier Realty, Nestor and Michelle have achieved top sales volume awards Executive Award 2012, 2014 and 100% Club 2013, 2015. They do not consider themselves ordinary agents whose motivation is winning awards or achieving the highest sales volume, instead their focus is social responsibility, both in their industry and their community.
